To conclude, as a performer I feel there is more exploration and experience needed on the stage to embody a performative manner to create an unapologetic space to creation and development. From more opportunities to perform on the stage recently and beginning a performative career, I understand the strength in focus towards a performance and how movement, when settled in the body, can become expansive and dynamic with practice and using my strength of agility within the physically demanding sections.

STRENGTHS

- skilled at learning material at speed and picking up new details within movement
- a clear sense of musicality and timing when beginning to perform the movement sequence
IMPROVEMENTS
- invest more in the creative tasks by going against habitual ways of moving with technique and use of the mirror
- allow movement to become multi-dimensional using more space and going beyond personal comfort zones by exploring with weight in the lower body
To conclude, by understanding different choreographic approaches and methods I will be able to further my creative mind and movement abilities with confidence to challenge my natural ways of moving. From Vidya Patel's research and development process I learned new ways to move and create such as trail and error, visual learning, accents and body audio as well as the power of reflecting and talking about what worked and what didn't work within the task development.
